2026 Anoka Farmers Market on the Rum

  2. Please provide the make and model of the vehicle that will be present for the majority of the market dates. Please include the license plate.  If bringing a trailer, please provide total length of vehicle plus trailer. 

  3. Summer Farmers Market Participation Dates

    If you will be participating in all dates, please only check "All Season".  
    If you will only be participating on select dates, please check those individual dates.  

  4. Booth Size*

    Single Stall = $160/season 
    Two parking spaces, 18' wide, fits 10x10 tent, passenger vehicle

    Double Stall = $240/season 
    Three parking spaces, 27' wide, fits two 10x10 tents or 10x20 tent, larger vehicles or vehicle w/ trailer 

    Per Sale Date (Single Stall) = $16 
    Two parking spaces, 18' wide, fits 10x10 tent, passenger vehicle 

    Electric Access = $3 per date or $30 season. Bring power strip and minimum of 100' extension cord.

    Please check the appropriate box below indicating whether or not you are interested in participating in extended farmers market sale dates.  

    Extended Farmers Market on the Rum sale dates requires a minimum of 5 vendors to commit.   Vendors will be moved inside the lower level of City Hall when weather doesn't cooperate.  A 9-foot table will be made available for each vendor when inside.  

    Extended Market  Hours: 
    3:00 - 6:00pm 

    Extended Market Dates: 
    May 20 &  27
    June 3 & 10
    October 7, 14, 21 & 28

    Extended Season Fee: $50 per vendor

  6. Booth Acknowledgement: *

    I understand that if I am selected to participate in the market, that my booth location may change from week to week based on the number of vendors attending the market. 

    Vendor placement within the market area is at the sole discretion of the market manager and the City of Anoka. 

    It is the goal of the market manager and City of Anoka to provide the best booth set up as possible. It is the market's intent to not have large gaps between vendors.

  10. Be as specific as possible - list the specific types of baked goods, produce , cottage foods, farmstead foods, flowers and plants, etc.  
    Examples:  cherry pie, rye bread, grape jelly, granola, cucumbers, radishes, dried flowers, spices, muffins etc. 

  11. Payments accepted at your booth*
  12. Registration Due Date and Booth Payment

    Registration is due by 4pm,  March 20, 2026.

    Vendors will be notified of acceptance into the market by  April 3, 2026.  

    Payment is due no later than May 1, 2026. 

    A direct link for payment will be sent with the confirmation email to those that have been selected to participate in the market.  

  13. Certificate of Liability Insurance

    Please know that you are required to obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance from your provider listing the City of Anoka's  Riverfront Memorial Park (2201 2nd Ave, Anoka MN 55303) as additionally insured, coverage should include the first to last  last date in which you will be selling.

    Please submit this document by May 1, 2026.

  14. Refunds

    Any form of refund would only be through a documented unusual hardship or compassionate reason on approval by market staff in their sole discretion. Any such refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  16. Electronic Signature Agreement*

    By checking the "I agree" box, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.

    By signing this application, I hereby grant and authorize the City of Anoka/Farmers Market on the Rum the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me or my booth and goods to be used in and/or for any promotional materials including, but not limited to newsletters, flyers, posters, social media, website, etc.
