   This form is for current  Anoka Municipal Utility (AMU) customers only. 

   Please make sure you have sufficient time for completion as this form will not save progress for use at a later time. 

   Upon submission, it will be e-mailed to the utility shop office personnel, including the master electrician.

4. First Step:

   Send the non-refundable $300 pre-application report request fee for a Pre-Application Report on a proposed project at a specific site, payable to "City of Anoka", and to the address of:

   - OR -

   Call the city's Finance Receptionist to make a "Solar Fee Payment" with reference to AMU customer name and installation address.

   THEN, the Interconnection Customer must fill out this Pre-Application Request form as completely as possible.

    Upon submission, AMU will provide the readily available data listed in Section 5.3 of the DER Policy within fifteen (15) Business Days of receipt of a completed request form and payment. The Pre-Application Report produced is non-binding, does not confer any rights, and does not preclude the Interconnection Customer from any interconnection process steps including submission of the Interconnection Application.
