Disconnection Policy

In the event your account becomes subject to service disconnection, payment of the total due on account, a service fee and a utility deposit (if applicable) is required. See full Disconnection Policy below.

Disconnection Policy

In the event your account becomes subject to disconnection, a $50.00 fee is charged. Service will not be restored until the required payment is received during normal business hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) prior to 3:30 pm. If your payment is received after 3:30 pm an additional $50 after hours fee is required. AMU does not restore power after 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, weekends, or holidays.
